Victorian Christmas: Sally Houser reported that the dates of Victorian Christmas will be Dec. 11,12, &13.  Early publicity is planned.  Carriage rides will be available both Saturday & Sunday.  There will be a commemorative ornament this year.  Cool Beans will host teas and coffee.

The Arts & Crafts show will be on Saturday only or Saturday & Sunday.  Most of the vendors had preferred the one day format.  Discussion led to a motion by Colina, seconded by True, that the show be limited to Saturday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.  The venues will be at the YWCA and the Bellefonte Elementary School gym/cafeteria at Linn & Allegheny streets.  Mary & Jim agreed to update the Arts & Crafts mailing list, get the applications mailed out and have the application and information on the website as soon as possible.

Concerts will be from 11 AM to 7:30 PM on Saturday and possibly on Sunday  2-5 PM.  The Bellefonte Community Choir has been tabled till next year.

Wellsboro is a good example of the use of Victorian clothing for the celebration of Dickens Days.  Maryellen will help with Victorian costume research.

Arts & Crafts Show setup, 7 AM, teardown, 6:30 PM

Romayne will prepare pulled pork and coleslaw for the Elementary School  on Saturday 11 AM - 2 PM.

Fund Raising Activities: Joann will get prices for Glenn Miller band.  Melady recommended having a dance with the band instead of a sit down concert.  The plans for the Minstrel Show are on hold.  Other suggestions for fundraisers: a progressive porch party, possibly tied into the last Cruise, Victorian door photographs, Talleyrand Park picnic on the 4th of July.
