Mills Brothers Concert Concert: Fulton Bank lost its copy of the fund request letter.  Keith will resubmit it.  Romayne will follow-up with her corporate contact.  Laura has sold 11 tickets by phone.  Plumb’s has sold ten.  The Train station has sold a few.  The Mills family has 20 members attending.

Dan Clemson has arranged for a dinner at the Governor’s Pub for the 5 musicians.  BHCA members are welcome to attend at their own expense.  Reservations will be taken by email.   A small postcard made from a reduction of the concert poster will be sent by bulk mail to the general mailing list.  Emcee suggestions: Chuck Brown, Chuck Witmer, Candace Dannaker, Roger Munnel.  Laura and Colina will operate the box office.  Colina and Carl will pass out programs. A poster should be placed at the HUB-Robeson center.  The program is being handled by Sally and Keith.  It will have paid advertising and a list of the Sponsors and Patrons.  Advertising is coordinated by Sally with local and regional advertising by newspaper.

 

Antiques & Collectible Sale: There was consensus to hold the sale the week of the community yard sale on May 13, 14.  Sally and Keith will do the publicity.  A note will be included in the Mills Brothers’ program.  Joann will try to obtain a vacant store front for it.

 

Other Business: True has prepared a volunteer sign-up sheet for the Volunteer Fair March 12.

 

Next Meeting: Friday, April, 7 PM, at the home of Nancy and Carl Miller, 1211 Centre Street, Bellefonte
