Attendance: JoAnn Knupp (President), Lora Gauss, True Fisher, Keith Koch, Sally Houser
- the official Bellefonte HBI website is now Visitbellefonte.com
- 40 vendors have responded for the arts and crafts of Vic. Christmas so far
- Oct. 23rd is Bellefonte's Fall Festival - need to staff a table? What about combining With Chamber's?
- Colina Seeley was taken ill and hospitalized. Cards can be sent to her address of 420 Millgate Rd., Bellefonte.
- Approved the use of the BHCA mailing list for the Vic Christmas Gala mailing
- The next meeting is Friday, October 28th at the home of Lora Gauss, 113 E. Linn St.at 7:00 P.M. Snacks and beverages are welcomed.

Notes: Mills Bros. Concert (Big Bands) netted $472; collectibles sale netted $974; Summer Sounds 2011 season
netted $886; Summer Sounds 2010 and 2011 seasons combined lost $412 (it all depends on the Elks); our PRAA grant for $1,154 will arrive soon; note surplus in projected budget for 2011-2012 that will allow a possible new initiative (a mini LGG?).
