The work will be done after the summer Arts and Crafts Fair. Native shrubs will be planted in the same area. The Borough is considering relocating the old storage building from the Bush House site to the new addition of the Talleyrand Park, probably near Snappy’s.

Historic Preservation Committee (Jeanne) - Jeanne spent time with Sue Hannegan reviewing her 1994 survey of 52 less well known properties plus photographs of every property in the Historic District. Since the work was publicly funded, it should be availabe to the public. Jeanne would like to see it online, and Patrick suggested an interactive website. Erin Hammerstedt did a thorough documentation of the industrial sites on the waterfront. “Industrial Heritage of the Bellefonte Waterfront District” is available on the Borough website - click here for that series
