Present: Romayne Naylor, President, Jim Dunne, Secretary, Dave Eggler, Treasurer, Nancy Miller, Jeanne Newlin, Joseph Griffin, Sally Houser, Nancy Perkins, Julia Kasdorf, Joanne Tosti-Vasey , Mack Mahan, Colina Seeley, JoAnn Knupp, Dick Knupp. A quorum was in attendance as defined by the BHCA bylaws.

Minutes – Minutes of 2016-2-12 were approved as amended (CVCPB; Sally Houser attending the PA Bus Show). ( Joanne, Joseph)

Committee Reports
Curtin Village (Jeanne ) A broken pipe was responsible for the toilet problem which will be fixed allowing for school tours. Bylaws revision is defining committees. Kate Gouchey (Curtin family) is program chair: considering apple butter and hoping for the return of the historic railroad.

Summer Sounds - (JoAnn, Nancy Miller) - Repaz Band is set. Full schedule to follow.

Sunday Afternoons at the Library – Sundays, 2:30 PM, Historical Museum:
          May 15 - Curtin Street Chamber Players

Victorian Christmas (Sally) - 1st meeting to be scheduled. The High School may be available for the Arts & Crafts Show. They are looking at resurrecting some of the original activities.

Poetry (Julia) - Bellefonte Moth was very popular and well attended. Friday, 3/18 Bellefonte High School Students organized by Theresa Stouffer. Phil plans to test his microphone/speaker system.

Old House Fair (Joseph, Jeanne), April 29 & 30, 2016 - CDT will have a feature article on 4/1. Lock Haven Express will also have an article. Schedule: Friday - featured speakers, workshops, continuing education, reception. Saturday - general audience workshops. We need to recruit Bellefonte residents to Wednesday afternoon program. Promotion starts 3/14.

Historic Preservation (Jeanne) - Reviewing application forms. Freight house: Design Committee will be meeting regularly, usually on Thursday mornings.

Talleyrand Park (True) - Looking at a grant for the pergola, mudsill and bike path. Gino Fornicola Memorial Fountain should be installed this spring in the new section of the park..

New Business - A recommendation was made to form committee to look for a new site for a Garman replacement (Dave, Joanne TV). Discussed the Plaza Theater and the adjoining Richelieu. The proposal was referred to the Historic Preservation Committee.
