Present: Romayne Naylor, President, , Joseph Griffin, Vice-President, Jim Dunne, Secretary; Dave Eggler, Treasurer; Gay Dunne, Melady Kehm, Nancy Perkins; True Fisher, Jeanne Newlin, Joanne Tosti-Vasey. A quorum was in attendance as defined by the BHCA bylaws.

Sunday Afternoons at the Library - Sundays, 2:30 PM, Centre County Library Historical Museum, The Mark and Sally Williams Minnich Revamed Duo concert on Feb. 12 was very well attended. The concert was live streamed on Facebook. The concert in its entirety can be seen on the BHCA Facebook page.

Victorian Christmas (Sally, Jim) - No, report.

Poetry (Julia, Patrick) - Out Loud at the Bellefonte Art Museum. March 17, 7:30 PM - Young People’s Poetry (that session was canceled)

Old House Fair (Joseph, Melady, Jeanne), April 28 & 29, 2017 - Fund raising is progressing well. In 2018 there may be additional funding from the County and the State. The Friday professional continuing education will be followed by a catered reception. Friday theme - Successful Preservation: Economic Vitality and Sense of Place

Historic Preservation (Jeanne) - 501c3 application nearing completion. Report on Curtin Village: 2 major programs for this summer: June 17 - Civil War Living History weekend; September - Wilderness Weekend with demonstrations and crafting vendors. There will be primitive camping (200 maximum attendees). The freight warehouse will be cleaned on Saturday, March 4th by Joannes Leadership Centre County group

Talleyrand Park (True) - Welcome sign has been approved.

New Business -
1. Markland Hotel (VFW building) will be discussed at Historic Preservation meeting February 24
.
2. Jim proposed a BHCA information presentation for the residents of the Garman House. More info to follow.
3. Volunteer Fair March 11 at APS. We need volunteers. Contact Jim. Romayne will unveil the new BHCA banner.

Next BHCA Meeting: 7 PM, Friday, March 24 at the Bellefonte Art Museum.
