Committee Reports

Summer Sounds (JoAnn Knupp) –  sent off a cashier's check in the amount of $500 to the agency that Beatlemania is coming through. I sent out letters to the seven banks in our area for donations.  Since it is the end of the year, I feel I won't hear from them right away.   I also sent letters to the service clubs who have a small game of chance and asked for a donation.   They are required to donate 10% of their profits to charity. In the next week, I will send letters to  groups like the  Rotary, Kiwanis etc and ask for donations. I know we have a few hundred dollars from individuals and our $400 that we generally pay for someone will pretty much pay for the sound guy.  Any ideas of a source of money would be appreciated.
