A tour of the homes on Curtin Street reveals examples of the varied Victorian architectural styles of the late 1800s.  The Harris family owned much of the undeveloped Curtin and Linn portion of Bellefonte, and Charles McCafferty, charged with its development, built many of the homes.  Many of the homes, like these, were built in Folk Victorian style.
