Help with mailings to the BHCA mailing list throughout the year – affixing labels.

1. Join the committee, which helps choose the artists, contact them, etc.  Committee meets 1-2 times per year in a member’s home.
2. Assist the artists in hanging their exhibits for new shows.  3-4 times a year, on a Saturday morning.

Victorian Christmas Arts & Crafts Show

     Victorian Christmas is sponsored by Historic Bellefonte, Inc.  BHCA is responsible for the Arts & Crafts Show, including finding sites for the show, recruiting craftspeople, setting up and taking down the show.   HBI handles the publicity as part of the overall promotion of Victorian Christmas, held annually on the second weekend in December. 
1. Join the committee, which meets 2-3 times a year, to make plans, to send application letters to  craftspeople, and to choose the participants and send acceptance letters.
2. Work on setup/takedown of the show
3. BHCA also arranges for walking tours of the downtown historic area on Saturday of Victorian Christmas.  New tour guides can be trained, no experience required!

Summer Sounds from the Gazebo (Concerts in the Park)

     Join the committee, and come to the organizational meeting in March, where each member picks a band and one Sunday concert to be responsible for, and takes care of it. The concerts are every Sunday night, 7-8 p.m., from the middle of June till the middle of August.
